Shipping & Delivery Policy
All registry purchases will be held at Motto’s headquarter, then delivered directly to the registrant at a time and date convenient to both Registrant and Motto. Motto services the GTA within a 35km radius of head office which includes Downtown Toronto, Midtown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Richmond Hill and Markham. If the delivery destination is outside of the specified area there will be a delivery fee depending on the location. Please call Motto for a quote if you do not live within in the aforementioned areas.
Unless otherwise agreed all items will be made in one delivery. The delivery must be received and signed for. Aborted deliveries will be charged $50.00 unless more than 24 hours notice is given. While Motto will make every effort to deliver completed Gift Registries at the time agreed, Motto cannot be held responsible for inconvenience caused by unavoidable delays or the failure by suppliers or delivery companies to deliver on time. Motto assumes the risk of the product until delivery is made when Registrant has signed for an item. In the event that an item is received from a supplier by Motto damaged in any way, Motto will arrange for the supplier to provide a replacement. If this has not arrived when the list is ready for dispatch, it will be sent separately.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. If an error is made and acknowledged by Motto Gift Registry in writing, then corrected replacement goods will be provided to the customer by Motto Gift Registry once the goods shipped in error have been returned to the authorized return address supplied. The amount charged for the outbound shipping of the product(s) to the customer is not refundable under any circumstances. Further, no such returns will be authorized or accepted for any products unless customer contacts Motto Gift Registry no more than 7 days after delivery of the goods to the customer.
